When will my order be shipped and when should it arrive?

Shipping

1. Your order is scheduled to ship within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery for U.S. orders is expected within 7 to 20 business days, and for international orders, within 10 to 25 business days.
   
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • Your order will typically ship within a timeframe of 1 to 5 business days after the order date. If it ships ahead of schedule, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number sent to the email you provided.
     • If the tracking number has not been received by the 5th business day, we advise checking your Junk and Spam folders for any emails.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • If your order is still pending shipment by the 6th business day, be assured that our dedicated Team is aware of the situation and has taken the necessary steps with our Fulfillment Team.
     • Please allow us an additional 3 business days to update you with your tracking number.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • The first scan of a package might only be recorded once it reaches a regional hub near the delivery location. This is common during busy shipping times when bulk processing occurs. Until that first scan is noted, the carrier may not acknowledge having received the package.
     • You may notice that the first scan is logged only at the time of delivery.
     • There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
     • Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable. Rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If your tracking details have not changed after 20 or 25 business days, please allow an extra 5 business days for delivery. Packages are generally received on or soon after the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.
     • As a small business, we strive to keep our customers and patrons from worrying about their orders. We want to assure our customers, who are pivotal to our business, that our dedicated Team is vigilantly tracking these delays and has escalated the matter to the Fulfillment Manager for appropriate resolution.
     • We would like to humbly ask that you allow and give us a chance to investigate and we will be in touch through email within 2 to 5 business days.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
2. The transit time is influenced by your selected shipping speed. We measure it in business days, excluding weekends unless a weekend delivery option is selected at checkout. We also include holidays in our transit time calculations.
3. For some delivery dates, you may encounter an "order within" countdown timer. This shows the timeframe in which you must submit your order to ensure delivery by the indicated date. Note that this date is subject to change before finalizing your order. Your confirmation email will specify your confirmed delivery date.
4. With Free Shipping, your order is projected to arrive within a span of 7 to 25 business days. We focus on processing and shipping your order in the most cost-effective manner possible, enabling free shipping. If your items haven’t shipped yet, please remain calm. We might take a little longer than you expect, but your order will still arrive within the 7 to 25 business day timeframe.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
